BASIC SALSA STEP (BACK STEP)

Description

1 Go back on your left foot, putting all your weight on the foot
2 Keep your feet where they are but transfer your weight to your right foot
3 Replace the left foot where it came from and put your weight on it
4 Pause or, optionally, tap with the right foot
5 Go back on your right foot, putting all your weight on the foot.
6 Keep your feet where they are but transfer your weight to your left foot
7 Replace the right foot where it came from and put your weight on it
8 Pause or, optionally, tap with the left foot

Notes: Keep the steps small. Put your effort in the weight transfer from leg to leg, as it's this that gives you the Salsa hip motion.
